H.R.C.I. was formed in the year 2011 with a view to serve the humanity without any personal interest.We are a non-governmental, non-political, non-profitable social organisation.The word itself explains the purpose of forming the organisation.This organisation is formed by the people and is served to the people,by the people.The underprivileged people who have always suffered and supressed will be served by HRCI. No matter from which part of this country they have come but the motto of the organisation is to serve them in their capacity. The organisation will fight for those who will extend their hand towards HRCI
